About the Staff

     
     We are confident you will find our office is determined to meet and exceed your expectations. All of our staff members have been selected based on great personalities and excellent skills. From the front of the office to the back, we are a team.

Tianna is one of our Dental Assistants. She joined our team in September 2007. She has been an assistant now for almost three years and she really enjoys it! Tianna has been married for over a year and her and her husband our expecting their first child in March 2009! Some of her hobbies consist of hanging out with family and friends, watching movies, and going shopping!

Alicia has been working for her Uncle, Dr. Nielson, for almost two years now as a chair-side assistant. Alicia started working part-time at Nielson Dentistry while still in High School. She is now full-time and is building on her knowledge everyday. She is an excellent assistant. Her aspiration is to become a dental hygienist, and is enrolled at Mesa Community College . She loves working with patients and is a great asset to our office team.

Amy is a Registered Dental Hygienist.  She has been in the dental field for over 16 years.  She was a Registered Dental Assistant in Northern California for 7 years where she had the opportunity to assist with numerous full mouth cosmetic cases.  In 1999, she graduated with honors from Chabot College Dental Hygiene School where she received the Student Leadership Award and the Comprehensive Dental Hygiene Student Award. Amy is passionate about sharing her dental knowledge on oral hygiene, periodontal disease therapies and overall health.  She is very patient and compassionate with all of our patients, including small children.  Her goal is to make your dental experience a positive one and is committed to giving every patient high quality dental care in a gentle and caring way. Amy has lived in Arizona for 4 years and enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years and her happy and active boys.
